FIRST. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS. Welcome to the official website of Cambios Yrendague S.A. By accessing, browsing and using this site, you, hereinafter "the User", unconditionally agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of Paraguay.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND QUOTATIONS

The information, exchange rate quotations, crosses and arbitrations displayed on this digital platform have a strictly referential, informational and non-binding character. Final, effective and binding rates are applied and confirmed only at physical branches or through express confirmation by authorized operators.

2. WEBSITE USE CONDITIONS

The User agrees to make appropriate, responsible and lawful use of the website and its contents. It is prohibited to use the site for illegal activities, systematically extract quotations without authorization, or introduce technologically harmful material.

3. EXCHANGE OPERATIONS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS (KYC)

By carrying out exchange operations physically or through transfers, the client agrees to undergo Due Diligence and Know Your Customer processes required by the Central Bank of Paraguay and SEPRELAD.

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This site may include links to websites managed by third parties. Cambios Yrendague S.A. does not control those sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.

5. LIMITATION AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Cambios Yrendague S.A., its directors, shareholders or employees, shall not be liable for damages arising from decisions made based on referential information, technical interruptions, or improper use of the information services.

6. CLAUSE FOR MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS

Cambios Yrendague S.A. reserves the right to review, update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect after publication on this website.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All website components are the property of Cambios Yrendague S.A. or third-party holders who have authorized their use, and are protected by current intellectual and industrial property laws.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

For any controversy arising from use of the site or these terms, the laws of the Republic of Paraguay and the jurisdiction of the Civil and Commercial Courts of Ciudad del Este, Alto Paraná, shall apply.
